Privacy during Staging

CanvaToPSD stores your sign-in email, project session, import status, and credit transactions. Shared authentication and billing services process login and test checkout.

When you submit a Canva link, the import account checks editing access, creates a private copy, and reads that copy. Captured documents, images, fonts, generated PSD candidates, and troubleshooting screenshots are stored in private Cloudflare storage.

Automatic deletion is not implemented yet. Only submit designs you are authorized to process and avoid confidential material during Staging. Contact support@canvatopsd.com to request review or deletion of your stored design data.

Your browser stores an import ID and checkout request IDs to restore ongoing work. Session cookies are HttpOnly and secure. Operational logs are used to investigate failures.
